Our mission is to make our time together as easy as possible. For our speakers to provide your audience with a keynote experience they won't forget, here is what working with cmi looks like, from now until after your event.
Contracting & Introductions
To get things moving, our first steps are outlined below. This usually takes 1 to 2 weeks.

- Terms: 50% of fee + 100% of travel fee upon signing; 50% balance before event
Once we have your information for our contract, we will introduce you to the Executive Assistant who will work on it with you. Once the contract is signed, she will ensure you have our invoice…and she
will be your go-to person for all the logistics on your event.
Logistics
Our work with you will start approximately 8 weeks in advance of the event. cmi has been supporting events like yours for almost 25 years. Our Executive Assistant will ensure a smooth and enjoyable process as we work through the following items prior to your event.

We will finalize all the details with you 7 days in advance of the event.
