  • Lapel microphones for 2 speakers - for groups of 30 or more only. (Please take into consideration the size of the venue when organizing lapel microphones.)
  • Headset microphones can also be used.
  • CD Projector and Screen.
  • Room should be wired for sound/audio.
  • 3.5mm audio cable run to the lectern.
  • Customer to clarify prior to the event if they are outputting in 16:9 or 4:3.
  • Avoid projecting through the middle of the stage where David & Jonah will spend much of their time.

  • David & Jonah travel with a HDMI adapter for their Macbook Pro Laptop.
  • David & Jonah use a MacBook Pro Laptop, which they will provide. They prefer to use their laptop to run the presentations directly. 
  • David & Jonah’s presentation is created in Apple Keynote – not PowerPoint.
  • David & Jonah will not share the presentation slides prior to unless needed through a USB under certain circumstances. 
  • Two lecterns are required. Try to keep the lecterns on opposite sides of the stage rather than close together in the middle.
