Karen Harris, Super Promoter aka President

Karen is mover and a shaker...if something new isn't happening around cmi, she’s not happy. That's why cmi has grown into the current international roster of A-list speakers and entertainers across various specialities. She started her career in the speaking industry in 1995, managing Everest climbers, Jamie Clarke and Alan Hobson. Their skills on stage coupled with Karen’s energy and management, made them two of the best and brightest in corporate speaking. Karen's 25+ years of sales, marketing and management experience in various industries prepared her well for the exciting industry of professional development. A former facilitator of the "Investment in Excellence" program through The Pacific Institute, Karen has been 'on stage' herself and knows what it takes to move an audience to action. She provides our roster of presenters with ongoing guidance re their speaking skills, speech content, market positioning and branding. Her team at cmi provides the roster with sales, marketing and event management for their speaking engagements. Since Karen hand-picks our speakers, she is actively engaged with promoting them - every year she helps corporate and association executives, meeting professionals and speaker bureaus worldwide with booking our speakers, always focusing on building a relationship full of integrity and fun. Now that's what good business is all about!

Dawne Gramblicka, Events Manager Extraordinaire

Dawne loves to serve customers - she came to us from a telecommunications company that would hire her back in a heartbeat if we let her go. Her role at cmi is to manage all the event details for our speakers and to assist the Super Promoter with anything she tosses in Dawne's direction. 

Reye Leduc, Rockin' Account Manager

Reye is an entrepreneur at heart - that's why he has worked with entrepreneurial organizations for the last 20+ years. His role at cmi is to be a match-maker - to help our customers and speaker bureau partners find the right cmi speaker for their event. He's also our tech geek...he's one busy guy!
