Produced by Alicia Keys, a new production called “Stick Fly” is taking Broadway by storm to sold-out audiences. Check out ABC's interview with Alicia here.
And guess who’s backed the production…yes cmi’s very own Mark Thompson!
Mark knows how to help innovative companies grow faster. He's a founding board member and investor in Apple Computer's most popular app company for the hit TV show GLEE. Using similar technology expertise, last week Mark became a partner in developing the world's first Broadway 4D theatre concept. It will be 3D video, along with wind, scent and moisture to create a live experience.
Due to open in 2013, the new theater will feature 26 “Best of Broadway Hits” with Hugh Jackman, Madonna, Andrew Lloyd Webber and other iconic entertainers.
