Karen Harris started her career in the speaking industry managing Everest Climbing icons Jamie Clarke and Alan Hobson, two of the best and brightest in corporate speaking. Their incredible story and on-stage energy, paired with Karen’s vitality, professionalism and integrity, catapulted them to the ‘summit’ of the world of professional speaking. With 25+ years of sales, marketing and management experience in a broad range of industries, Karen founded cmi speaker management and has guided the company through exponential growth. cmi's impressive roster has expanded to include A-list business and motivational speakers, consultants and award-winning entertainment – including business speakers, Olympic athletes, New York Times best-selling authors, leadership and communications experts, corporate consultants, inspirational presenters, and North America’s top entertainers and speakers on teamwork. Through the highs and lows in the history of corporate events, Karen has partnered with hundreds of meeting professionals and speaker bureaus worldwide to provide quality world-class speakers and entertainers. Karen lives by her belief that relationships full of integrity and fun are what good business is all about!

Michelle works closely with our direct customers – corporate and association buyers, meeting planners, event managers and production companies. She is extremely adept at learning everything about our customers' audiences and goals and matching them with the perfect cmi speaker to make their event a huge success. Michelle's enthusiasm, warmth and energy ensure that you will have a great time through the sales process!
Michelle brings over 15 years of experience in customer relations, sales and service. She was an account executive for 7 years with Keppler Speakers Bureau where she booked an exclusive roster of over 80 speakers and cultivated long term customer relationships within a large multi-state territory. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys her role with one of the largest running races in Washington, DC, coordinating the recruitment of over 1200 volunteers each year.

June came to us with over 20 years of administrative and accounting experience in the corporate world. As our chief administrator, she does a superb job of ensuring that all the day-to-day operations run smoothly. She also takes care of all of our invoicing and accounting needs. We couldn’t live without her! June is a dedicated volunteer and shares her expertise through extensive community service.
Tracy Sachkiw, Events Manager - tracy@cmispeakers.com
Tracy is cmi's go-to person for all things related to our speakers' events. She liaises with speaker bureaus, event managers, customers and guests to ensure that every detail is taken care of. She is a skilled multitasker whose speed and efficiency are unmatched! Tracy takes a keen interest in all things technological and assists the entire cmi team with information and expertise on the latest computer programs and online trends.

Kris is the point of contact for speaker bureaus, assisting them with every aspect of promoting 
and booking our speakers. She also leads our social networking initiatives and helps out with writing, editing and publishing our speaker's promotional materials. The regular updates on our blog, Twitter, facebook, LinkedIn and i-Meet profiles are the result of her efforts. Keeping the meetings industry informed about our speakers and industry tidbits keeps her on the go while managing a busy family at home.
